Change of Township

Proper Authority:

The mayor or the reeve of the province, where the interested party would like to transfer their township.

Supportive papers:

Petition. (Note: the two years prerequisite does not apply). The one member of the couple to be listed in the family share of the other, for the former (dissolution of the marriage) to acquire the township they had before marriage. For an adult (over 18) to acquire the township he or his parents originally had. In the case of an underage, whose parent (one of the two parents) changes his township a new appointment of the the township of the underage is required. This is done by the parents with an irrevocable registration to the mayor or reeve of the province, from which the transfer occurs.
